Carbon Capture & Sequestration (CCS) Seminars

Netherland, Sewell & Associates, Inc. (NSAI) is excited to announce we will be expanding our 2025 seminar offerings to include a dedicated seminar on Carbon Capture and Sequestration (CCS). The seminar is designed primarily for non-technical professionals whose work relates to the CCS industry and for oil and gas financial professionals interested in this growing segment of the carbon economy. Our team of CCS experts will share insights gained from evaluating dozens of CCS projects across the US and around the world to help you gain a better understanding of the entire subsurface project life cycle, from site selection through permitting and active injection. Session topics will include an introduction to the basics of CCS geologic evaluations, a discussion of subsurface uncertainty and risk in CCS investment decisions, and introduce the Storage Resources Management System (SRMS) definitions. Case studies from actual CCS projects will feature prominently to illustrate key concepts and provide color to the topics.
